The Люди is hiring a Cold Sales Manager / Sales Manager for B2B sales of advertising on YouTube and VK. Includes cold outreach, negotiations with decision-makers, and closing deals. Pay: fixed salary + sales percentage.

Full cycle B2B sales of advertising placements on YouTube and VK: – Active search and attraction of new clients; – Cold sales and initial negotiations; – Reaching decision-makers: business owners, marketing directors, heads of advertising departments; – Negotiations and presentations of advertising opportunities; – Selling direct advertising, native integrations, sponsorship packages, and branded projects; – Preparing commercial proposals, media kits, estimates, and presentations; – Supporting deals at all stages; – Handling objections, agreeing placement terms, and signing contracts; – Meeting revenue, touchpoint, and deal targets.

Experienced specialist with successful cold B2B sales experience from 1 year; – Experience in advertising, media, or internet marketing; – Practical experience selling advertising on YouTube, VK, or other video platforms; – Understanding of advertising metrics: reach, CTR, views, engagement; – Skill in negotiating with large clients and agencies; – Ability to draft commercial proposals and calculate media plans. Nice to have: – Own database of advertisers and agencies; – Experience selling integrations with bloggers and opinion leaders; – Experience selling non-standard advertising projects.

Fixed salary + percentage of sales.
