Client Operations Officer

FxPro is looking for a Client Operations Officer in Limassol, Cyprus (on-site) to support CIS clients - native Russian/Ukrainian and English required, forex experience beneficial.

Do you love solving problems and helping people in your native language? FxPro's Cyprus team is looking for a Client Operations Officer. Location: Cyprus, Limassol (on-site, shift schedule if required). Be the face of a global broker for our CIS clients.

Native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian and advanced English Previous experience in customer support, client service or back-office operations Good understanding of how a forex broker operates and knowledge of MT4, MT5 and cTrader Understanding of payment methods used across CIS markets, including crypto, P2P, local cards and bank transfers Experience with helpdesk and CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce or similar); valid right to work in Cyprus
