Client Manager for Avito / Weekend Sales Manager

Online school seeks a weekend manager to handle incoming Avito inquiries, engage clients, schedule diagnostics, and follow through to payment. Pay from 15,000 RUB/month plus commission. Remote.

We are a small online school looking for a manager to work with incoming client inquiries on Avito during weekends. Responsibilities: respond to incoming messages and requests from Avito; communicate with potential clients (mostly in writing, occasionally by phone); identify needs and schedule free diagnostics with a teacher; ensure clients attend the diagnostics, obtain feedback from the teacher, follow up with clients with results and offer suitable lesson packages; manage clients until payment. Work schedule: main work on weekends. On weekdays, be available on days when your clients' diagnostics occur: get teacher feedback and contact the client after the session.

Preferably with experience as a sales/client manager in online education; able to communicate politely and clearly in writing; not afraid of phone calls; able to listen and propose solutions fitting the client's needs; responsible and doesn't lose leads; comfortable with non-pressuring, non-aggressive sales.

Remote work; small team without bureaucracy; incoming leads, no cold outreach; sensible sales approach focused on helping clients choose suitable education, not selling at all costs. Salary from 15,000 RUB/month: fixed salary + percentage of sales.
