Client-facing Project Manager for Xmethod.de, a Nocode Development Agency. Requires 3+ years in IT sales, business-fluent German and English (C1), and custom dev/outsourcing experience. Fully remote role in Europe time zone.

Xmethod.de - Nocode Development Agency — a low-code/no-code development agency working with European clients (focused on the DACH region). What you'll do: — Lead pre-sale: gather requirements, draft MVP designs, prepare and pitch proposals to DACH clients. — Manage full-cycle development: Jira setup, decomposition, resource planning, and delivery. — Drive up-sale by proactively offering valuable features. — Use AI daily (we prioritize Claude) to automate communication, generate specs, prepare client summaries, and translate.

You're our perfect match if you: — Have proven IT project management and pre-sale experience with international clients. — Are a pro at requirements gathering, decomposition, and user stories. — Speak German & English (C1). — Have a robust AI toolkit and can present concrete cases where AI boosted your work. — Understand Waterfall & Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and have basic UX/UI and architecture knowledge. Plus: — Experience with the DACH business etiquette. — Technical background as a business/system analyst is highly desired. — PM certifications (PMP, PSM, etc.)
