ClickHouse Database Administrator

International product IT company seeks a Middle ClickHouse DBA for high-load entertainment projects. Office in Cyprus, relocation support, full-time.

Designing data storage architecture; Maintaining existing ClickHouse clusters; Reviewing and optimizing SQL queries and data schemas with developers; Configuring and optimizing ClickHouse instances; Setting up and optimizing replication and sharding, Zookeeper configuration; Resolving complex incidents, including investigating degradation and data loss.

Experience with Linux; Deep knowledge of ClickHouse internals and principles (engines, indexes, replication, sharding, best practices); Proficient in Bash and SQL; Experience with monitoring systems. Nice to have: Basic Python programming skills (for routine tasks); Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Puppet, or SaltStack; Advanced knowledge and experience with relational DBMS: MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
