Circuit Design Engineer (Hardware/Embedded)

Circuit Design Engineer at Trinity, Moscow, Russia, full-time, on-site/hybrid. Salary negotiable. Work on x86 compute platforms, PCIe, NVMe, high-speed interfaces, and EMC.

Circuit design of computing platforms: x86 (Mini-ITX/server), PCIe (GPU, expansion cards), disk backplanes (NVMe M.2, RAID), ATX power. Interface paths: Ethernet 100/1000BASE-T, RS series, USB 3.x, I²C, SPI, UART. High-frequency circuits (differential pairs, clocking), setting requirements for PCB layout, signal integrity control. BOM, derivatives, support of prototypes and testing: EMC, load tests.

Knowledge/experience: - Full-cycle development of complex blocks (multiple interfaces and independent power supplies, coordination with external sensors/cables). - Confident level in Altium Designer / OrCAD / KiCad. - Practical experience with PCIe Gen3/4, NVMe, high-speed interfaces, DC-DC. - Understanding of EMC/EMI, signal integrity, power and ground decoupling rules. Will be a plus: - STM32 (including H7), bench debugging (SWD, logic analyzer, oscilloscope). - Design for conformal coating and extended temperature range. - Knowledge of GOST/OST when preparing design documentation.
