Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

CTO for fast-growing global iGaming platform. Remote, full-time. EU/CIS time zone priority. English C1. Leads tech strategy, architecture, DevOps/AWS, security, compliance, engineering teams. Requires CTO/VP Eng in iGaming, Golang, AWS/EC2, microservices.

What you will do: • Define technical strategy, architecture and roadmap of the platform. • Implement best engineering practices, SDLC and code quality standards. • Be responsible for DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), CI/CD, monitoring and DR. • Ensure platform cybersecurity, pentests, incident response. • Design high-availability (HA), low-latency, multi-region infrastructure with DDoS protection. • Control compliance, data protection and regulatory standards. • Lead engineering, infrastructure, security and QA teams. • Manage integrations with payment providers, game providers, bookmakers. • Improve platform performance, reliability and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience as CTO/VP Eng in iGaming industry. • Deep knowledge of Golang and its ecosystem. • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), DevOps, CI/CD. • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, HA architecture. • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity, pentests, incident response. • Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in iGaming. • Successful experience leading technical teams. • Experience integrating with payment gateways, game providers, APIs.
