Monitoring and support of the implementation of comprehensive strategic programs of the Company to achieve goals and key results in sustainable development. Identifying and assessing risks affecting successful achievement of sustainable development goals within comprehensive strategic programs. Developing and tracking key performance indicators of the Company in sustainable development, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and strategic priorities. Monitoring the execution of comprehensive strategic programs and achievement of goals and key results in technology development. Interaction with related departments on individual projects in sustainable development. Consulting and methodological support to structural units on monitoring and implementation of strategic programs.

Higher professional technical/economic education. Additional professional education – professional retraining programs in relevant field. Work experience in oil and gas industry of at least 8 years. Knowledge of strategic planning fundamentals. Principles and methods of analytical work with large volumes of information.
