10arx is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) for a remote position. This is a Co-Founder level role responsible for product vision, roadmap, and translating trader needs into paid features. Requires 5+ years of product management experience in crypto/fintech/trading/AI-fintech and hands-on trading experience in prediction markets.

10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). We are building professional tools for retail traders: AI event analysis, top wallet trade copying, autonomous bots – all with direct execution via smart contracts. The product is in its early stages, the team is small, and the pace is high. Website: https://10arx.com/ Role: This is a Co-Founder level position. You will shape the product vision from scratch, build the roadmap, and turn traders' real pain points into features that generate revenue. Key Requirement: You must trade on prediction markets yourself. Understand the workflow, edges, mistakes, and limitations from the inside. Without this, the role is not suitable. Responsibilities: - Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap entirely - Deeply engage with traders → translate pain points into specs - Ruthlessly prioritize: what to build, what to kill, and why - Work hands-on with the engineering team: write specs, review flows, participate in shipping - Build a metrics system from scratch: retention, activation, revenue impact - Identify market gaps invisible to competitors

Ideal Candidate: - 5+ years in product management in crypto / fintech / trading / AI-fintech - Experience launching a product from scratch (not developing an existing one) - Has high-grossing projects with proven PMF (ready to show metrics) - Worked at seed/pre-seed stage — knows how to balance between "fast" and "right" - Takes ownership without reminders, finds workarounds when encountering obstacles - Works confidently in conditions of uncertainty — this energizes, not paralyzes How you work: This is not a classic PM.
