Chief Product Officer (CPO) for 10arx, an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets. This is a Co-Founder level position focused on product vision, roadmap, and user needs. 10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). We are building professional tools for retail traders: AI event analysis, copying top wallet trades, autonomous bots – all with direct execution via smart contracts. The product is in its early stages, the team is small, and the pace is high. Role: This is a Co-Founder level position. You will shape the product vision from scratch, build the roadmap, and turn traders' real pain points into paid features. Key Requirement: You trade on prediction markets yourself. You understand the workflow, edges, mistakes, and limitations from the inside. Without this, it's not a fit. What you will do: - Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap entirely - Deeply communicate with traders → turn pain points into specs - Ruthlessly prioritize: what to build, what to kill, and why - Work hands-on with the engineering team: write specs, review flows, participate in shipping - Build a metrics system from scratch: retention, activation, revenue impact - Identify market gaps invisible to competitors

Ideal Candidate: - 5+ years in product management in crypto / fintech / trading / AI-fintech - Experience launching a product from scratch (not developing an existing one) - Have high-grossing projects with proven PMF (ready to show metrics) - Worked at seed/pre-seed — knows how to balance between 'fast' and 'right' - Takes ownership without reminders, looks for workarounds when encountering obstacles - Works confidently in conditions of uncertainty — this energizes, not paralyzes How you work: This is not a classic PM. You are a hybrid: 1️⃣ Product — feel the market, write specs, ship features 2️⃣ Growth — live in user chats, collect feedback, implement it within a day 3️⃣ Vibe-coding — prototype hypotheses yourself through AI, automate routine, move faster than others
