Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer in FinTech company RoboFinance (Delhi, India). Manage all operations, scale the department, improve service quality and oversee KPIs.

You will be responsible for organizing the work of all operational divisions of the company, ensuring the scaling of the department with business growth, finding ways to improve the quality of service and conducting daily monitoring of key metrics of the contact center, being responsible for the implementation of planned indicators across all departments, as well as developing and implementing new tools necessary for the work of departments.
