Chief Marketing Officer

Remote CMO for profitable trading/investment products. Lead performance/UA, affiliate, influence, content, analytics, attribution, budget and an 11-person team; grow revenue 20–30% and scale a new product 3–4x.

You will be the first CMO in a growing profitable company with proprietary products in trading and investments. Portfolio: a mature trading automation product to grow revenue by 20–30% in a year; a new investment product to scale 3–4x and bring to break-even. You own all marketing channels: performance/UA, affiliate, influence, content, analytics, attribution, budget, and a team of 11 (UA, design, content, affiliate, influence).

5+ years in marketing, including 2–3 years in a leadership role (Head/Lead/CMO) Experience in restricted verticals: trading, iGaming, betting, crypto, or other high-risk/regulated niches with similar performance and traffic buying specifics Deep practical understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Experience promoting mobile products Confident with analytics and attribution: able to read data, set tracking requirements, and make data-driven decisions Team management experience (hiring, structure, responsibilities) Experience managing and growing a marketing budget Proven experience scaling a product through marketing Conversational English B2+ Nice to have: experience launching and promoting in international markets (EU, MENA, LATAM) Nice to have: understanding of ad platform restrictions for financial products and practical experience working within them Nice to have: positioning development skills Nice to have: experience with affiliate models and partnerships
