Chief Functional Architect 1C ERP (Accounting, Procurement, MRO)

Chief Functional Architect 1C ERP at Eastern Mining Company. Defining 1C ERP development strategy for 1.5–2 years, integrating with Optimacros. Salary up to 500,000 gross. Remote or hybrid (Moscow).

You will define the vector of 1C ERP development for 1.5–2 years ahead, work at the intersection of business (Deputy General Director) and development, and design integrations with advanced planning systems. Responsibilities: • Design 1C ERP development architecture (1.5–2 year horizon). • Gather and coordinate requirements for key blocks: procurement, warehouse, MRO, regulated accounting. • Ensure consistency of development between modules and sprints. • Optimize performance and prevent architectural conflicts. • Participate in strategic initiatives (including end-to-end cost calculation chain). • Design integration with Optimacros for integrated business planning. • Prepare architectural foundation for new areas in operational and production accounting. Collaboration: close interaction with development teams, analysts, and business process owners (Deputy General Director).

Experience with 1C ERP / 1C Holding Management / 1C Complex Automation from 5 years. Successfully designed and implemented functional solutions based on 1C. Deep understanding of processes: procurement, warehouse logistics, inventory, sales, production, MRO. Experience describing business processes and designing functional architecture. Understanding of Enterprise architecture principles, IT landscape, and integration interaction of systems. Ability to speak the same language with business and IT teams. Participated in large automation and digital transformation projects.
