The AI trainers team writes reference answers for a neural network and evaluates the model's responses to various questions. We are looking for an expert with deep knowledge in HR to lead this team. Responsibilities: - Manage the work of the editor team and be responsible for its results, monitor quality and deadlines; - Participate in the hiring process: review test tasks, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions; - Onboard newcomers: introduce them to the team, explain the project, train and help solve problems.

- Higher education, experience as HRD or HR BP for at least 3 years; - Deep understanding of HR, enjoy speaking at conferences and writing articles; - Interested in AI tools and have experience implementing them.
