Chief Editor for YouTube Channel

Seeking a Chief Editor for a YouTube channel to manage content, coordinate production, and analyze metrics for growth. Remote, flexible schedule. Salary negotiable.

Manage content: develop viral topics and episode concepts for a broad audience. Coordinate production: form a team (scriptwriters, operators, editors) and manage the process. Editing: provide briefs to scriptwriters, control logic, facts, and depth of each topic. Editing control: monitor dynamics, visual style, graphics, and sound. The final product must be flawless. Analytics and packaging: work on titles and thumbnails, analyze YouTube metrics, and make prompt edits to increase reach.

A leader with relevant experience who will take on the production of such content "turnkey": from idea to product release with millions of views.
