Innovatica Systems is seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Business Partner with an equity partnership opportunity. This role involves leading the AI product portfolio, defining the technological roadmap for LLM, and building data-driven business models. The position offers a 15% equity stake and a seat on the Board of Directors.

We create infrastructure for transforming business processes of large organizations through the implementation of Large Language Models and ML operationalization. Model: B2B Enterprise, SaaS solutions, Custom AI integrations Geography: Russian Federation We are looking for a technical co-founder at the CDO level who will become a full-fledged business partner with a 15% stake in the company's capital and the status of a Board member, co-decision making at the strategy level.

Experience in ML-Engineering for at least 3 years. Practical team leadership will be an advantage.
