Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant position in a trading and public catering company, full-time, office-based in Krasnodar, salary from 120,000 RUB per month.

Responsibilities: - Managing the accounting department (supervising 3 accountants) - Full bookkeeping and tax accounting (without primary documents) for 4 legal entities - Timely preparation and submission of accounting, tax, and statistical reports; interaction with regulatory and tax authorities - Calculating and accruing payroll (up to 120 people) - Controlling primary accounting documentation, cash discipline, and payment operations - Overseeing HR record keeping - Managing internal cash desk, issuing cash - Preparing management reports, interacting with the financial director

Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in a similar position - Excellent organizational and leadership skills in running an accounting department - Proficient in Excel, 1C 8.3; ZUP, Trade Management - Strong communication skills, systematic approach, discipline, readiness for multitasking
