Chief Accountant / Deputy Chief Accountant in IT-company

Chief Accountant / Deputy Chief Accountant in an international IT company in Tashkent. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Stable company, meal compensation.

We are looking for a specialist to handle accounting in an international IT company. Tasks: — Maintain full-cycle accounting and tax accounting under Uzbek NCFS (НСБУ), timely closing of month, quarter, and year. — Prepare and submit tax and statistical reports, interact with tax authorities, support audits and requests. — Accounting for foreign economic activity: export and import of services, currency control, registration and support of contracts. — Monitor compliance with the preferential regime for IT Park residents. — Transform reports from NCFS to IFRS, prepare quarterly and annual reports, interact with auditors. — Develop accounting policies and internal regulations, optimize accounting processes, and develop accounting in 1C. — Prepare data for management reporting and budgeting. — Lead a team of 2 accountants: task allocation, quality control, employee development.

— Experience as chief accountant or deputy chief accountant, preferably in IT or a company with foreign economic activity. — Experience in team management. — IFRS certificate (DipIFR, CAP, CIPA or equivalent). — Thorough knowledge of tax and currency legislation of Uzbekistan. — Experience with 1C. — Fluent Russian, sufficient level of Uzbek and English for work tasks.
