Chat Operator for Digital Goods Store

Remote chat operator for a digital goods store selling AI service accesses, subscriptions, and computer games. Pay 2,200 ₽ per shift, 2–3 shifts per week.

We are looking for a chat operator for remote work in a digital goods store. We sell accesses to various AI services, subscriptions, and computer games. Responsibilities: - Answer client questions - Help resolve order issues - Provide replacements for non-working products - Restore access to non-working products - Provide entry codes to clients - Help clients with purchased products - Maintain polite and grammatically correct communication with clients

Requirements: - Grammatically correct written speech - Polite and calm communication with clients - Experience as a chat operator - Have a computer - Stable internet access - Ability to use VPN - Responsibility and attentiveness - Willingness to work shifts from 10:00 to 22:00 MSK

Conditions: - Pay: 2,200 ₽ per shift - 2–3 shifts per week - Working hours: 10:00–22:00 MSK - Payments once a week - Fully remote work - Computer required - Stable internet and VPN required
