Remote chat operator for a digital goods store selling AI service access, subscriptions, and games. Pay: 2,200 RUB ($25) per shift, 2-3 shifts weekly.

We sell access to various AI services, subscriptions, and computer games. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, helping with order issues, issuing replacements for non-working products, restoring access, providing entry codes, assisting with purchased products, and maintaining polite communication.

Good written communication; polite and calm customer interaction; experience as a chat operator; computer; stable internet; ability to use VPN; responsibility and attentiveness; willingness to work shifts from 10:00 to 22:00 MSK.
