International CGI/AI production studio WHY CGI is looking for a CG Lead (Senior/Lead) for remote work. Experience in CG/3D for 5+ years, team management experience, knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya, Redshift, Octane, AI tools. English B2+.

WHY CGI is an international CGI/AI production studio. We create viral visual campaigns for social networks: CGI videos, mixed reality, full CG, and AI-driven content for brands worldwide. Our clients include Lamborghini, Gucci, Dior, Fenty, Coca-Cola, Hyundai, Samsung, Netflix, Amazon, Amiri, and other international brands. Our videos get millions of organic views. Who we are looking for: We need not just a strong 3D specialist, but someone who confidently works at the intersection of CGI + AI – leads a team, makes visual and technical decisions, maintains quality, and brings projects to a strong result. – Has a good understanding of 3D, AI tools, lighting, composition, realism, and production pipeline – Sees why a shot looks expensive, realistic, and convincing – Has a creative vision and proposes strong visual solutions – Works with AI tools at a high level and integrates them into production – Can lead 3D artists, freelancers, and contractors – Knows how to analyze references and translate them into clear tasks – Is not afraid of responsibility for the final result – Wants to grow with the company, not just "close tasks" Tasks: – Lead the CG/AI part of projects from planning to final result – Control quality: 3D, lighting, rendering, integration, compositing, overall look – Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance the production process – Provide feedback to 3D artists, motion designers, and freelancers – Check scenes, renders, materials, lights, cameras, and final frames – Participate in building and improving the production pipeline – Help select and test new artists – Work together with Creative Directors, Producers, and Project Managers

– Experience in CG/3D production – 5+ years – Experience in team management or production direction – Strong portfolio: realism, lighting, composition, visual storytelling – Confident knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya, Redshift, Octane, or equivalents – High level of proficiency with AI tools in commercial production – Good visual taste, extensive viewing, understanding of modern visual trends – Understanding of pipelines, scene optimization, rendering, task delegation – English B2+ – international team and clients – Experience working remotely and self-organizing time
