CFO / Deputy CFO / Financial Manager at an international group of companies. Limassol, Cyprus. Hybrid. Responsible for financial strategy, IFRS reporting, treasury, tax, M&A, and compliance.

International group of companies with an office in Limassol is looking for a strong finance specialist who not only calculates numbers but understands where they come from and where they are going. Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated reporting (IFRS) • Cash flow, treasury, and liquidity management • Holding structures, SPV, and intragroup financial schemes • International taxation and transfer pricing • Fundraising and M&A support • Currency risks and compliance • Interaction with banks, investors, and the board of directors

Structural thinking, independence in decision-making, and a strong financial background. High level of English is critically important.
