CEO / Country CEO - MENA

International iGaming company seeks CEO / Country CEO for MENA expansion. Based in Limassol, Cyprus. Fixed income up to $5,000 plus up to 10% business share.

We are an international iGaming company successfully operating in the market for over 3 years. We are expanding our presence in MENA countries and looking for a strong CEO / Country CEO to take charge of developing one of the key markets. Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Work format: office only. Candidate must already reside in Cyprus. Relocation, remote, and hybrid formats are not considered. We are looking for not just a manager, but an entrepreneur with a strong hands-on approach who can independently launch and scale a business direction. Responsibilities: • Launching and developing iGaming business in a selected MENA country; • Building a team from scratch and managing it; • Developing partner network and attracting key contacts; • Working with traffic and player acquisition sources; • Developing the local market and achieving financial targets; • Making independent decisions and taking responsibility for results.

Big advantage will be: • Proven experience working in MENA; • Deep understanding of the local iGaming market; • Own team or strong professional contacts; • Partner and affiliate base; • Existing traffic sources; • Experience launching new geos from scratch. Markets considered: Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Syria, Iraq.

At the start - fixed income up to $5,000, while the main opportunity is up to 10% share in the business of the specific country that the CEO will develop. We are ready to share part of the existing business with a person who can truly create and scale the direction, not just manage an already built system.
