CCO, Head of Growth (FinTech)

CCO/Head of Growth in FinTech, remote. Manage pricing, tariffs, and partner commissions to balance profitability and client returns.

— Managing the economy of rates for clients, tariffs, and ecosystem connections. — Developing a strategy for managing incoming commissions from partner banks and outgoing rates for clients (deposits, investments). — Balancing the economic model: ensuring high margin for the business platform while maintaining competitive returns for the end user. — Implementing dynamic pricing and personalized rates based on client data. — Developing and updating the tariff grid for financial organizations (banks, brokers, insurance companies).

— Experience: 10+ years in commerce/finance, including 5+ years in a C-level position in Fintech, Marketplace, Bank, or Investment company. — Proven experience managing tariff grids, commission income, and acquisition/placement rates. — Confirmed experience interacting with the Central Bank of Russia and other financial market regulators. — Skill in negotiating at the level of bank boards (board members, shareholders).
