Communication with existing and new clients in Telegram and MAX. Answering client questions, assistance and solving service tasks. Identifying client needs. Offering suitable services and products. Working with the current client base. Offering extension of support and new services. Accompanying the client until payment. Working with CRM and spreadsheets. Entering information on payments and clients. Monitoring tasks and agreements. Mailings, publishing posts and other service tasks of the care department.

Caring and attentive to people. Ability to hear the client's request. Not afraid of sales. Ability to sell through need, not pressure. Competent communication in writing. Responsible and proactive. Ability to work with a large number of tasks. Comfortable working with CRM and spreadsheets. Seeing dialogues and tasks through to completion. Experience in sales, customer service or online projects is a plus.

Salary: 40,000 RUB. Schedule: 6/1, from 9:00 to 19:00. If after 19:00 there is an active sale or a client has an urgent question, it is important to bring the situation to a result. Probation period: 1 week. Remote work.
