Business Development Team Lead (Advertising Team)
TrafficStars is looking for a Team Lead for the Business Development (Advertising) team in Limassol, Cyprus. Requires understanding of digital advertising, experience in building partnerships, and negotiation skills.
TrafficStars is looking for a Team Lead for the Business Development (Advertising) team. We need someone who understands digital advertising, knows how to build long-term partnerships, and is not afraid of complex negotiations in an international environment. What you will do: — Attract new advertisers, agencies, and partner platforms — Conduct presentations and negotiate with clients — Identify partner needs and offer effective solutions — Support clients from the first contact to campaign launch (together with AM and Tech) — Track funnel KPIs, follow up, and re-engage leads — Represent the company at industry events Analytics and Market: — Competitor monitoring: offers, pricing, GEO, new features — Analysis of advertising networks' positioning and USP — Using the network's advantages in negotiations — Tracking vertical trends and identifying opportunities to engage with competitor accounts
Experience in digital advertising / affiliate marketing / media buying / traffic sales Strong negotiation skills and independent deal management Understanding of key metrics (eCPM, CPA, CR, ROI, etc.) Fluent English
