Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager at tx.tech (paytech) in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time office role in payments and iGaming. Expand merchant portfolio and drive revenue growth.

Drive business development and promote tx.tech payment orchestration solutions; identify, approach, and onboard new merchants and strategic partners; build and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers, and iGaming operators; lead commercial discussions, product presentations, and negotiations; identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion; develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities; represent tx.tech at international industry conferences and networking events; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and long-term relationship development.

Mandatory Requirements: - Proven B2B business development experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming; - Strong understanding of payment processing and the iGaming industry; - Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken; - Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills; - Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar commercial role; - Experience with payment orchestration platforms; - Knowledge of payment routing, cascading, PSP integrations, and transaction approval rates; - Established professional network of merchants, PSPs, and iGaming operators; - Additional languages will be considered an advantage; - Experience representing payment technology companies at international conferences and networking events.
