International company is looking for a Business Analyst (Middle+) in Limassol, Cyprus. Key stack: BPMN 2.0, Miro, UML, CJM, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Figma. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, process modeling, documentation, and interaction with development and QA teams.

We are looking for a Business Analyst from Middle level upwards for our partners in an international company. Key project stack: BPMN 2.0, Miro, UML (Use Case, Sequence / Activity), CJM / User Story Mapping, Jira, Confluence, basic SQL, Figma (wireframes). Responsibilities: • gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements • model processes in BPMN 2.0 • maintain and update documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, requirements) • visualize processes and user scenarios in Miro • interact with development and QA • participate in the optimization and improvement of business processes

• IT Business Analyst experience (Middle level and above) • practical experience in BPMN 2.0 business process modeling • confident work in Miro (creating and formatting diagrams, frames, boards) • skill in preparing structured documentation • basic understanding of UML (Use Case, Activity / Sequence Diagram) • experience with CJM or User Story Mapping • independence, proactivity, ability to bring tasks to completion • developed communication skills and systemic thinking Will be a plus: • higher technical education • English language knowledge from B2 - advantage • proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma • basic SQL experience
