Branch Director

International retail chain Dobrotsen seeks a Branch Director for Kazakhstan, Belarus, or Armenia. Responsible for full business management, P&L, financial performance, and network development.

Dobrotsen is an international chain of hard discount stores. The team needs a professional to lead the company's business in one of the countries of presence and be responsible for its development, financial results, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for full management of the company's business in the country, responsibility for P&L, fulfillment of financial indicators and network development, manage commerce, operations, logistics, finance, development and HR, interact with government agencies, key partners and suppliers, be responsible for implementing the company's strategy taking into account the specifics of the local market.
