Business Systems Analyst (Middle / Middle+) in International Settlements. Financial domain, payment systems, currency transactions. RF, RB, Kazakhstan, and Armenia. Vacancy ID: BSA_RED

We are looking for a strong analyst for a stream responsible for international transfers, currency transactions, and integrations with external payment/compliance systems. We need a specialist with a deep focus on systems analysis. We don't just do product discovery – we design complex technical solutions, handle edge cases, describe APIs, and manage complex transaction state logic. Responsibilities: Logic Design: Business process modeling (AS IS -> TO BE), designing State Machines for operations. Systems Analysis: Decomposing features into User Stories, describing API contracts, working through integration scenarios (sync/async). Architectural Work: Participating in the development of architectural solutions with the tech lead and architect. Reliability: Detailed work on error scenarios, retries, and handling edge cases. Support: From requirements gathering to development oversight and acceptance testing.

Our Expectations: Financial Domain: Experience with payment systems, understanding of SWIFT concepts, currency transactions, and basic knowledge of AML/sanctions control. Processes: Proficient in BPMN (modeling complex branching), ability to work with negative scenarios. Integrations (Hard Skills): Experience designing REST API/SOAP integrations, understanding of event-driven architecture (message brokers, Kafka/RabbitMQ). Documentation: Understanding document versioning, designing approval processes, working with UML (sequence, component). Tools: Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman. Will be an advantage: Experience with the compliance domain. Understanding of international payment standards.
