System Analyst (Expert) for ELMA365 at Magnit. Requires 3+ years of experience in ELMA365, deep understanding of its architecture, and experience with integrations. Location: RF + friendly countries.

We are looking for an expert in low-code development on ELMA365, who will become the link between business and the technical team in a large retail company. It is necessary not only to know the platform but also to deeply understand its architecture, limitations, and capabilities for creating scalable business solutions. What you will do: • Design business processes in ELMA365 (diagrams, interfaces, cards, roles, access rights). • Implement business logic: actions, scripts, business rules. • Design integrations with external systems via REST API, webhooks, and scenarios. • Formalize requirements, describe them in BPMN 2.0/UML, and maintain technical documentation (TOR, specifications, diagrams). • Formulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and data schemas. • Work in Jira/Confluence, closely interacting with the development team.

• Experience in system analysis and development on ELMA365 from 3 years - expert level. • Deep understanding of ELMA365 architecture and its capabilities. • Experience in designing complex integrations and logical data models. • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, UML, SQL (basic level). • Higher education (IT/Mathematics/Engineering). • Ability to effectively interact with business customers and technical teams.
