Large government information systems on 1C-Bitrix. Architectural modernization, performance optimization, integration with government services. Grade: Senior+ (Architect) Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: – Architectural design on 1C-Bitrix – Development of custom modules and components in PHP 8.1+ – Database design and optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL) – Integration with external APIs and government systems – Refactoring and performance optimization – Tech Lead: code review, mentoring

– IT experience from 5 years (3+ years with Bitrix) – Experience on government projects — required – Expert knowledge of PHP 8.1+ and 1C-Bitrix (core, D7, ORM, composite, caching) – Experience developing custom modules and integrations – Knowledge of SQL, OOP principles, SOLID, patterns – Experience with code review and architectural control Nice to have: – Python / Java / Go – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD – Integrations with SMEV, ESIA, electronic signature
