International Web3 project is looking for a BD Manager. Remote, full-time. Candidate location outside of RF and RB. Responsibilities include finding and qualifying institutional partners, conducting negotiations in English, and managing the sales funnel.

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for the user. What you will do: • Search and qualify institutional partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conduct negotiations in English: present API, handle objections, close deals; • Manage the funnel in HubSpot and oversee the deal process; • Coordinate compliance and technical integration before launch; • Develop existing partners and grow transaction volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • BD experience in Web3 from 2 years in B2B sales/partnerships (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Product understanding: cross-chain aggregation, liquidity, and API integrations; ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for decision-makers; • English B2–C1: negotiations, presentations, business correspondence; • Full deal cycle experience: from lead to post-integration growth; • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar); • Remote work from any country except RF and RB. Will be a plus: • Network of contacts in Web3 (wallets, DeFi, payment services); • Understanding of partner integrations and experience interacting with technical teams.
