Mish seeks a Backend Java Developer (Senior/Lead) for a large federal HR platform. Remote, full-time, 6-month engagement with possible extension, rate 1,700–1,800 RUB/hour. Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL.

Large federal HR platform: public contour (similar to a job portal) and closed internal contour (document flow and HR processes). Project stack: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch, Netflix Conductor, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes. Responsibilities: - Decompose the monolith and develop new microservices - Fault-tolerant integrations: Kafka, idempotency, Transactional Outbox, retry, DLQ - Distributed systems: locks, schedulers, caching, graceful degradation - Performance optimization: SQL, indexes, N+1 elimination, JVM profiling - Business process orchestration (Netflix Conductor / Camunda)

Commercial Java development experience 5+ years Java 21+ (project stack Java 21–25), Spring Boot, Apache Kafka PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexes, transactions Experience designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems Docker / Kubernetes Higher education
