We develop digital tools for efficient HR, accounting, and compensation departments. Our products automate routines, speed up processes, reduce errors, and ensure accurate calculations. We implement AI components to automate user scenarios. Our solutions are used in Russian and international Yandex divisions by HR specialists and all employees dealing with personnel and payroll matters. Your tasks will include: • Designing and implementing technical solutions: Thoroughly elaborating requirements and finding optimal architectural solutions considering scalability and performance. Developing and maintaining services for automation and increased transparency of HR processes. Designing APIs for reliable integration with the Yandex ecosystem and external systems. Working with business processes: compliance with legislation, different tax residencies and employee statuses, loan and compensation calculations. • Deploying infrastructure and ensuring its stable operation: Responsibility for infrastructure design: determining application resource needs, selecting data centers and configuring deployment parameters, ensuring user traffic routing to the backend. Monitoring code quality: writing autotests, improving the team's testing strategy, participating in code reviews. Optimizing: refactoring, eliminating legacy code, improving component maintainability for system flexibility and scalability.

We expect you to: • Be proficient in Java or Kotlin • Have experience with Spring Framework • Understand microservice architecture, REST/gRPC, CI/CD principles • Write efficient and understandable code
