Backend Developer with Java or Kotlin experience for a team developing internal products for employee development, including a talent management system and self-service tools. Location: Yekaterinburg, Minsk.

Our team is creating a new line of internal products for employee development. We are developing a talent management system to help attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees, as well as creating self-service tools to help employees grow professionally and develop their careers at Yandex. What tasks await you: • Rebuilding platform segments • Tool development • Service development and support

We expect you to: • Have excellent knowledge of Java or Kotlin • Write tests • Understand optimization principles It will be a plus if you: • Have profiled and optimized performance • Have worked with continuous integration systems • Have worked with the Temporal orchestration engine or similar • Are familiar with Python and its frameworks • Are ready to propose and implement new features in projects
