BA / Project Coordinator at Menace. Remote, full-time role working closely with CTO and CPO, bridging business and development. Responsibilities include translating product ideas into requirements, managing Jira tickets, and facilitating communication between teams. Requires experience in BA/PM roles, strong requirement writing skills, and understanding of development processes. Russian language proficiency is mandatory.

You will work closely with the CTO and CPO, standing at the intersection of business and development — and really influencing what and how is built. What you will do: Translate product ideas into clear requirements and specifications Manage tickets in Jira, decompose tasks, participate in sprint planning Be a bridge between development and business — communicate limitations, alternatives, and risks Participate in team meetings, help with synchronization in critical situations As the platform grows — take on increasingly complex technical specifications for backend functionality

Who we are looking for: Experience in a BA, PM, or hybrid role — preferably in a product company where things were built from scratch Ability to quickly and structurally write requirements Basic understanding of the development process: decomposition, estimation, prioritization Actively use AI tools in your work — this is the norm for us, not a bonus Willingness to take on tasks beyond the formal job description Comfortable in a startup environment where much is still being built Russian language — fluent or native (mandatory)
