Arbus Show is an agency for children's parties and events. We create bright holidays for children: interactive programs with favorite characters, shows, quests, workshops, and other formats. We are looking for a sales manager to work with incoming leads from Profi.ru. Responsibilities: - Quickly process incoming leads from Profi.ru - Communicate with clients in messengers - Call clients - Find out what kind of holiday the client wants, what is important, and what budget they consider - Select a program for the specific request - Present the offer and close the deal - Work according to ready scripts and sales system

No experience required - we train from scratch and provide a ready sales system. Suitable if you respond quickly, communicate easily and correctly, are not afraid of calls, attentive to details, and willing to learn. Speed, responsibility, and desire to earn based on results are important.

7% from each deal, income directly depends on results - no ceiling. Estimated at current lead volume - from 50000 RUB per month. Fully remote. Flexible schedule, but important to quickly respond to new leads during the day. Training from scratch. Ready programs, materials, scripts, and work system. Support from manager. Trial period is paid.
