VIBES Video Lab is a creative video production company creating advertising for brands and agencies using AI × 3D × Motion × VFX × Sound Design. Responsibilities: - Find medium and large brands and reach out to decision makers - Conduct cold outreach via Telegram, email, calls, and other channels - Conduct meetings and present the studio - Prepare proposals using our materials and AI - Handle objections and follow-up until closing a deal - Develop your own client base and repeat sales

Experience in B2B sales 1–3+ years Experience with brands is a big plus Ability to not only text but call, negotiate, and close deals Basic AI skills: texts, proposals, information search, concepts Good internet, camera, microphone, and a quiet workspace Willingness to do a video interview and present your results Big plus: own contact base or potential first client from employers, acquaintances, or partners
