Avitologist for Real Estate (in-house)

Construction company 'Dom Mechty' urgently seeks an Avito specialist for permanent work promoting houses, land, and construction services.

Responsibilities: - Increase targeted inquiries from Avito and reduce lead cost - Create, post, and regularly update listings - Write and refine headlines and texts, select photos, and set tasks for visuals preparation - Test hypotheses: offers, texts, covers, photos, categories, and placement geography - Work with tariffs: choose conditions for company tasks, manage placement limits, monitor expenses - Set up and optimize paid promotion of listings - Analyze results: views, conversion to inquiries, quantity and cost of targeted leads - Interact with marketing team and sales department to assess lead quality

Requirements: 1. Confident work with Avito and experience in real estate / individual housing construction or related niches. 2. Ability to create listings that attract target audience: work with texts, photos, and offers. 3. Knowledge of Avito tariffs and promotion tools, ability to allocate budget and monitor effectiveness. 5. Meet deadlines, work independently, and handle access and confidential information responsibly. Experience in construction or suburban real estate is an advantage.
