We are planning to expand, so we need a specialist for long-term cooperation with project handover. Tasks: — Managing and developing Avito accounts — Creating and testing ads — Working with headlines, texts, and visuals — Increasing response rates and the number of leads — Analyzing results and scaling working strategies

— Be available during working hours (Very important!) — Practical experience with Avito — Understanding how to get leads, not just post ads — Independence and responsibility for results

— Remote work format — Handover of projects for ongoing work — Workload as the number of projects grows (average of 3–7 projects per specialist)
