Assistant to the Head of Transportation Business | USA

Remote assistant role for a US car transportation company. Recruit drivers, $90 per hired driver + monthly percentage.

Responsibilities: - Find drivers and post advertisements; - Communicate with candidates, clarify experience, and explain terms; - Support until they start work, maintain a database and keep in touch.

Independence, responsibility, ability to get results; Willingness to write, call, and negotiate; English for correspondence and work conversations (slightly above school level); Availability during agreed hours in US time zones. Experience in recruiting, sales, or logistics is a plus.

Remote work; No fixed salary: $90 per driver who starts working, plus a percentage of shipments from drivers you hire monthly while they work with us; Training and support at the start; Potential to lead the direction and gain experience in US transportation business management. Preferably residing outside Russia for payment convenience; specific country not critical.
