ASO & Mobile Growth Specialist

International digital agency from Berlin seeks ASO & Mobile Growth Specialist for iOS and Android. Remote, project-based work.

Develop ASO strategy for App Store and Google Play: semantics, metadata, localization, and organic traffic growth. Conduct mobile analytics audits, design event maps, and set up product funnels in Amplitude. Analyze onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, paywall, pricing, retention, and monetization. Prepare technical specifications for developers, oversee analytics implementation, and form improvement roadmaps.

2–3+ years of experience in ASO and Mobile Growth. Experience promoting international apps in App Store and Google Play. Experience with ASO tools: AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppFollow or similar. Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase; understanding of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust). English B2+ and experience in independent client communication.

Remote, project-based employment. International projects and DACH clients. Salary based on interview results.
