Mentoring employees with disabilities who perform various simple tasks in graphic design. Helping employees with disabilities complete tasks using created methodological materials and personal mentoring. Developing independence of employees with disabilities in solving routine work tasks.

Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Understanding that you will work with people with disabilities and varying degrees of socialization. Computer literacy, interest in IT and graphic design. Mentoring experience.
