Lead Designer

Lead Designer for packaging and visual concepts at NL Continent; remote, 5+ years experience required.

Develop packaging for regular lines and limited collections. Prepare technical specifications for procurement and production contractors. Select materials, colors, Pantone shades, finishes, and structural solutions. Prepare layouts for print and make translations when necessary. Create 3D visualizations of form factors as needed. Prepare monthly reports on completed tasks and projects. Perform additional tasks from the manager within professional competence. Develop advertising materials for outdoor, digital, and print media. Create visuals using AI tools or prepare briefs for photo shoots.

Experience in graphic design from 5 years, preferably 2 years as a lead or senior designer or art director. Experience in developing comprehensive visual concepts for brands, products, and corporate communications. Practical experience in creating packaging, printing, and advertising materials. Knowledge of prepress principles, technological requirements of printing houses, and production sites. Experience interacting with printing houses, production, and external contractors. Ability to manage projects from brief to final implementation. Professional portfolio with implemented projects.
