Senior AQA Python Test Engineer at Devquality. Remote, up to 155k RUB/month. Requires Russian citizenship, 3+ years of automation testing, leadership experience.

Project to ensure quality and automation of testing of information systems and products. The specialist is responsible not only for developing automated tests, but also for organizing testing, developing test frameworks, coordinating processes and mentoring.

Russian citizenship, any location. Higher technical education in IT. Experience with automated testing systems Selenium / Playwright from 3 years. Development of automated integration tests in Python or Java using Selenium/Selenide/Playwright. Experience as a testing lead or mentor from 1 year. Testing experience from 3 years. Functional testing experience from 3 years. Experience developing centralized testing frameworks used in more than 5 teams. Experience managing/organizing testing processes or leading a testing group. Skills in manual testing and organizing automated testing. Development of test scenarios based on functional requirements and typical processes. Knowledge of theory and practice of testing processes. Designing automation frameworks. Decomposition of tasks for developing automated tests. SoapUI, Postman, Katalon Studio for testing web services and APIs. Conducting and coordinating functional, integration, regression and automated testing. Experience testing integration products. Knowledge of software production processes and testing methodologies. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and understanding of the cascade development model. Experience testing in teams with flexible development model. Work with bug tracking. Work with Jira/Kaiten, HP ALM, TSM. Development of a test model. Complex SQL queries, experience with PostgreSQL / Oracle. Work with version control systems Git / SVN. Work with RDP/SSH. Understanding of client-server architecture: HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON. Work with Web technologies and browser DevTools, including Network and console. Setting up automated tests in GitLab CI. Reading and analyzing application logs. Work with Grafana and similar monitoring systems. Experience deploying test environments. Work with *Windows and nix. Knowledge of knowledge base management tools, databases, logs, API and test automation. English B1: reading technical documentation and business correspondence. Systematic approach to problem solving and ability to track cause-and-effect relationships. Nice to have: Experience with HP UFT / TestComplete / IBM RR (legacy). Docker.
