Application Specialist (Training), Microsurgery

International manufacturer of high-tech microsurgery equipment seeks an Application Specialist to train surgeons in Russia and CIS on microscope products; hybrid work, competitive salary, travel up to 70%.

The company is a leading international manufacturer of high-tech equipment and consumables in microsurgery. Territory of responsibility – Russia, CIS. Product – microscopes (neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, dentistry). Main tasks: • Conduct training for neurosurgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, and dentists on product use. • Evaluate training effectiveness, create individual training plans for clients. • Maintain and update database of issues and product satisfaction. • Maintain contacts with key opinion leaders (KOLs), develop reference centers. • Translate technical literature from English to Russian/adapt professional translation. • Provide regular reports on work results.

• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, biomedical – preferred). • Knowledge and experience with microscopes (additional advantage). • Experience as Training Specialist / Application Specialist. • English – at least Intermediate. • Willingness to travel 50-70%.
