Apigee Developer (Remote)

Remote Apigee Developer for Caterpillar project at Comtek. Full-time, 9-month contract, $5300-6600 gross. Requires RESTful API knowledge, Apigee experience, and B2+ English.

Join Comtek for a Caterpillar project as an Apigee Developer. Work remotely with a team in Chicago, 8 hours a day with 4 hours daily overlap (8 a.m. - 12 p.m. CDT). Contract type: b2c/b2b, minimum 9 months.

Reside and work outside Russia and Belarus during the contract term. Bachelor's degree (photo of diploma required at application stage). Strong RESTful API knowledge (Apigee-specific preferred). Apigee Edge experience preferred, but AWS API Gateway or Azure API Manager/Gateway acceptable. Understanding of HTTP methods (POST, GET, etc.) and API design principles. Swagger & Postman proficiency required, plus linting tools like Spectral. Nice to have: understanding of OAuth 2.0, TLS, and security standards. Working written/spoken English is a must.
