Analyst

Analyst at an international FinTech company, Paphos, Cyprus; office-based; salary €1,800–2,000 per month; full-time 5/2 09:00–18:00. Requires Excel, SQL; Python is a plus.

International FinTech company is looking for an analyst who works confidently with data, can find patterns in numbers, and turn them into clear business conclusions. Responsibilities: • Collect, process, and analyze large data sets. • Create regular and ad hoc reporting. • Work with databases and make selections using SQL. • Build reports and analytics in Excel / Google Sheets. • Analyze key business metrics, dynamics, and deviations. • Find causes of changes in metrics and form conclusions. • Automate existing reporting. • Prepare data and analytics for company management. • Interact with other departments on data and reporting matters.

What matters to us: • Confident Excel skills required: formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, working with large data volumes. • SQL knowledge required: writing queries, JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregate functions, and working with databases. • Python knowledge will be a big plus, especially experience using it for data analysis and automation. • Analytical thinking and ability to see relationships in numbers. • Attention to detail and high accuracy in working with data. • Ability to not just collect a report, but understand what the numbers mean for business. • Independence and readiness to work at a fast pace.
