Development of 1C in a large company in the NFO sphere with a branch structure. The analyst will collect business and branch requirements, design changes for a distributed model, and ensure stable integrations with external services. Tasks: - Collect and structure requirements from business, finance, branches, and HR; conduct stakeholder interviews. - Write detailed technical specifications, functional specs, and integration scenarios for developers. - Design changes for distributed business: unified master data, document routing, access rights, data consolidation and reconciliation between branches and head office. - Provide expert assessment of feasibility, effort, and architectural risks before development. - Configure configurations for centralized processes with minimal custom modifications. - Support 1C integrations with external systems, control exchange errors. - UAT: test scenarios, defect logging, verification against NFO accounting policies and regulatory requirements. - Management reports, dashboards, data integrity control. - Knowledge base, instructions, process diagrams, access matrices, backlog in Jira/Confluence.

Experience as 1C analyst from 3-5 years, preferably in holdings or federal networks with branches. - Mandatory: experience with '1C:Lombard' (Axioma) and '1C:MFO and CPC' or analogues based on BP for NFO, understanding of pawnshop activities and exchange with accounting. - Strong knowledge of 1C:UT, experience with EDI (Kontur.Diadok) and transport logistics (Kontur.Logistics / ETRN). - Integrations REST API and SOAP: reading XML/JSON, HTTP requests, headers, tokens (Bearer, API-key). - Platform 8.3: metadata, difference between information, accumulation, and accounting registers, query console, SKD, primary analysis in Configurator. - Independent diagnosis of exchange errors by logs and response codes (401, 403, 404). - Process and data modeling: BPMN / UML, Miro, Drawio or Visio. - Plus: experience in Jira and Confluence.
